Overview

These terms govern your use of this website and any order you place with Honolulu Sports. By using the site or placing an order you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

Your account

You may browse without an account. To order, track orders or collect points you will need one. Keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your login. Tell us at honolulusports@outlook.com if you think someone else has access.

Our products

We show products as accurately as we can. Screens differ, so colours may not match exactly. Specifications such as weight and grip size are the manufacturer's and may vary slightly between units.

Orders

An order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock, if it was priced wrongly, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we refund it in full.

Payment must be completed within the time shown at checkout, or the order is released automatically.

Prices and payment

Prices are in Malaysian Ringgit and include any applicable tax unless stated otherwise. We may change prices at any time, but never after you have paid for an order. Payment is handled by our payment provider; we do not store your card details.

Delivery

Delivery terms are in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Returns and warranty

Returns are covered by our Refund Policy and faults by our Warranty Policy, both of which form part of these terms. Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under Malaysian consumer law, including the Consumer Protection Act 1999.

What you may not do

Do not use this site to break the law, to harass anyone, to upload anything malicious, to scrape or copy the site for a competing service, or to interfere with how the site runs.

Our content

The text, photographs, layout and code of this site belong to Honolulu Sports or our brand partners, except where a brand's own material is shown with permission. Please do not reuse them without asking.

Reviews and other material you post remain yours, but you give us permission to show them on the site.

Third-party links and services

The site links to other sites and relies on outside services for payment, delivery and email. We are not responsible for their content or their policies.

Mistakes

Sometimes a page may contain an error — a wrong price, a wrong specification, an item shown as in stock that is not. We may correct errors and cancel affected orders, refunding you in full.

Liability

We provide the site as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Suspending accounts

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.

General

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest still applies. Not enforcing a term once does not waive it. These terms are governed by Malaysian law, and the Malaysian courts have jurisdiction.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page is the one that applies, and the date below shows when it last changed.
