Shipping Policy
How long we take to pack, who delivers, what it costs and what happens if a parcel goes wrong.
Order processing
Orders are packed and handed to the courier within 1–3 working days of payment being confirmed. Orders placed on a weekend or public holiday are processed on the next working day. During sales and peak periods processing can take a little longer.
Orders confirmed before 2pm are normally dispatched the same working day.
Where we deliver
We deliver throughout Malaysia. Delivery to selected countries outside Malaysia can be arranged — contact us at honolulusports@outlook.com before ordering, as rates and lead times vary.
How long delivery takes
- Peninsular Malaysia: 2–5 working days
- East Malaysia (Sabah, Sarawak, Labuan): 5–10 working days
These are estimates from the courier, not guarantees. Weather, festive volume and customs checks can add time.
Delivery charges
Delivery is calculated at checkout once you choose your state, based on destination and parcel weight. Orders over RM600 qualify for free delivery within Malaysia; bulky items such as ball cartons are excluded and are always charged.
Delivery charges are not refundable, except where we sent the wrong item or the item arrived faulty.
Couriers
We use third-party couriers and choose the service for each parcel. Once a parcel has been handed over we no longer control its movement, and we are not responsible for courier delays. We will always help you chase a parcel.
Wrong or incomplete addresses
Please check your delivery address before paying. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was wrong or incomplete, the cost of sending it again is payable by you.
Damaged or missing parcels
Tell us within 48 hours of delivery if a parcel arrives damaged, and send photographs of the box and the contents. For a parcel marked delivered that you did not receive, contact us and we will open an investigation with the courier.
Self collection
If you choose self collection, we will let you know when your order is ready. Please collect within 7 days of that notice.
